We’re a team of locals, and we always prefer trusted local trades, businesses and suppliers in our builds, so you know where your investment goes.
The short answer is often 12 months for many new builds. But that’s not necessarily how long your home will take, and it can vary by a lot. Many factors will weigh in on your timeline, like the scope of the project, the availability of materials, subcontractors, and council approval processes. We do a lot of work to shorten your timeline, like keeping up great relationships with local suppliers and trades and planning meticulously to ensure we avoid bottlenecks in construction. The best thing you can do to get your home built quickly is to contact us as early as possible in your build so that we can begin planning ahead.
That’s very much okay; many people don’t! We work with a range of incredible local designers who can create amazing results from a few design notes, and we also have a range of concept homes that you can peruse and either take inspiration from or select and modify to suit your needs.
We understand that your investment into your project is incredibly important to you, and so you very much care about who is involved in the construction of your new home. We work with trusted local contractors, suppliers, and sub-trades whom we personally vet and keep a good relationship with, so you’ll feel confident in your build.
Moving into your new home is an incredibly exciting time, so we go above and beyond to make that as close to perfect as we can for you. After a few months of occupancy, we get back in touch with you to investigate any potential issues you have found and fix them as quickly as possible. We will meet you again six and twelve months later for the same. As a New Zealand Certified Builder, we can also offer you their HALO 10-year residential guarantee.
